Contract, cover & risk
What backs each right
Every open offer locks lot size × lots of the asset token in the contract. The vault reports committed and held amounts plus a fully-backed check. A shortfall is shown as a warning.
Exact payment path
Buyer pays premium per lot at purchase. The contract deducts 1% of that premium, then seller receives the remainder. Exercise separately costs the stated strike per lot.
Settlement & expiry
Exercise transfers strike to seller and the covered asset to buyer. Seller can cancel unsold lots. After expiry, anyone can trigger return of remaining cover to seller.
Testnet risk
Unaudited workshop code and mock tokens only. Token value, liquidity, legal clearance, and mainnet behavior are not represented. Never use a real-money recovery phrase.
